emetnaphobia worry? sickness bug??

hiya! I'm a serious emetphobic and over 48 hours ago I was round my parters parents house and his dad was really ill. I stayed downstairs well out of way and my partner claims he didn't touch him and was on the landing whilst he was being sick and when we returned home, I stayed well away from him for the course of 48 hours encase he caught the bug. He's fine and I'm fine and its almost been three days since but I'm so paranoid that one of us will get it. Do I have anything to worry about?

Its normally 24 hrs I think, so I think you are out of the woods, try to forget about it xxxx

thankyou, I feel so bad for him though apparently it was torture that I wouldn't go near him ha. Thankyou though it has calmed my anxiety a bit :)

I'm exactly the same... I think enough time has passed not to worry about it now.
