Can someone give me some advice on adrenaline?

I hope this doesnt sound too crazy but i felt id pretty much beaten my anxiety but i did something that messed my head

ive always been addicted to adrenaline, i think i get anxious and depressed if im bored everytime i feel adrenaline it takes me out of my anxiety if that makes sense

i used to play sports and stuff like that so the adrenaline i felt would make me feel confident and powerful it was good but i got addicted to bdsm and went see a dominatrix a few times

i feel it was wrong but im not that bothered about it, the only problem is, ever since then whenever i feel adrenaline since then it relates to that experience and i feel really submissive, its kind of split my head in two

I had to quit my job as i dont want people seeing me like that all the time or being out when i feel like this

ive tried to get into sports again to try and replace the adrnelaine but i cant seem to do it

can anyone help?
