Swollen lymph node in neck for 6 months

I've had a swollen lymph node in my neck for about 6 months. I'm not sure when I noticed it was swollen. It does not hurt and has stayed the same size. Maybe even shrunk a little. I can move it. So I don't think it's cancerous. Is this anything to worry about? I've had a lot of anxiety over this for a while. Thought I'd see if anyone has an answer. Thanks in advance!

I have one that apparently I have had a very long time maybe years...always thought it was raised a little on that side of my neck...but the last month or so it has been going up and down.I went to my doctor and he said it might be a salivary gland problem.He gave me heavy duty antibiotics and it went almost all the way down but I went out in the cold yesterday and its swollen again and I have an appointment with an ent in a two days and worried about what the heck it is.. so you aren't alone..I don't know if it is salivary gland,lymph node,aneurysm or what.. worried for sure.
