Hi I'm not sure if anyone else has this at all? I am a returning member to no more panic. Suffered for years on and off and it's come back with a passion. Have dyed my hair earlier this evening. Had no burning or tingling sensations. But have had numerous panic attacks since... I've now convinced myself i now have a crazy reaction going on and am currently having a panic attack. Maybe a little reassurance or some hung I'm not sure. It's been a long time since dying my hair so started a whole new panic off!
Your comments would be appreciated.

I completely messed up my scalp with bleach but still bleach/dye. You shall be fine!
