Hello everyone,
my muscles in my arms and legs keep twitching and it's driving me nuts! Can you reassure me this is quite common, and not a symptom of mad cow disease (well, I know it is, but also that it is highly unlikely why I am twitching!)?! It has been bad for about three weeks now and seems to be getting worse, despite me becoming less anxious (I thought!). It's not enough to jerk my limbs around, but bad enough to be really irritating! Exercise makes it worse as well, which is rubbish.

Hi,

I experianced twitching muscles in legs and arms and it lasted for some time. It eventualy went after my doctor told me to stop worrying aboiut it. I get it now and again but I ignore it and it goes. I also get the twitching muscle in my eyes.

I just wanted to add that i have also been suffering with twitchiness in both my arms and legs, it's very uncomfortable to say the least, and even though people can't see it, i feel embarrased because im concious it's happening. It does not always happen though and it does go away thankfully.

Take Care.
