Lightheaded/dizzy sensation

Hello everyone,

I was on the computer a lot today and I just got off recently after being on it for about 2 hours straight. As soon as I got off I started to feel dizzy and lightheaded, and just a sensation as if I'm not real. It's so scary as I haven't felt this in a while. I also have a cold so I'm no sure if it could be related to my sinuses. I'm just worried that it's a brain tumour :(

I used to get that feeling if on pc too long. Apparently its something to do with the refresh rate on the pc. Had it adjusted and it sorted it.
