I am 34 still live at home with my parents. My mother is very controlling I haven't got a life. I turned to alcohol to numb the pain off having no friends or a life. I got dependent on alcohol and did a home detox. Through my years of being alone I have collected a lot of belongings. Now that we are moving house it breaks my heart to get rid off things. I know it sounds silly but these items have become friends. I know it sounds daft, but I am having major anxiety attacks over this. Someone please help me.
