Does eating food that's burnt cause cancer

I ate a pizza i made today which was burnt at the ends and now i'm worried because i read that burnt anything is chemicals, also it seems everything we use has some form of chemicals i worry a lot about toothpaste does anyone know?

Everything in existance is made of chemicals... Don't worry, burning something only changes the shapes of it's protiens. It's called de-naturing and it is harmless to everything but it's taste.

The chemical change is only a reduction to lesser molecules.

If it were dangerous it would require a warning and wouldn't be likely to be sold as a consumable.
