Someone else's tissue

hey, my friend has been sick for weeks. Today, i was at his house and some of my tobacco touched his used tissue.. i still smoked the tobacco.. could i contract anything from the tissue? i know smoking isn't a good idea. i know this is an odd situation lol but I'm constantly afraid of hiv

Definitely not. I was extremely scared of contamination when my OCD was severe but it went away. You will be fine.
