Hi people, I'm new to this, had anxiety / panic issues for over 30 years which have recently become worse than ever. Had heart monitor fitted yesterday which I returned this morning and now worrying myself stupid about it as I know I had quite a few missed heartbeats while I was wearing it. Anyone had experience of this?

Heart palpitations, flutters racing heart, pounding so much u think it's going to burst had them all refocus babe xxx

Yep, had them all but just getting worse. Used to get palpitations now and then but getting them every day now. Handling them worse than ever too.
