Been struggling with odd skips and thuds for the past 2 years now, been visualised on an amblatory ECG as benign.

Started getting the weird skips lasting a couple seconds now it seems on exertion. For example... I will be resting, get up and skate to the shop doing a few tricks on the way and heart will go all over the place.

Is this worrying, and is it caused by exercise (only around 3-4mins of skating) or is it more likely just such a rapid increase of adrenaline affecting the heart.

Hey, I just posted in this forum regarding this, as I was also worried, so hopefully that will help! Have a talk to your doctor about a stress test, but if they are benign at rest, there's no reason the heart would suddenly change it's nature when you exercise!
