Hi all
I've been having panic attacks for a long time (too long). When they first started I stuck my head in the sand and hoped they would go away. They didn't! Without any proper help and over a number of years my mental health suffered and I found myself quite ill. I've tried many different types of therapy and some medication but have never really fully recovered. Still avoiding, still anticipating and not living life to the full. I'm feeling that a concerted effort may be in order to get back on the road to recovery and wondered whether anybody had any experience of the priory. Any information would be very much appreciated.
