I am worried I have dementia, I am 24 years old male, I only think this because the last couple of days ive been a little forgetful, I went to make a cup of tea but forgot to put the kettle on and couldnt remember, today I was in a rush for work and I take gym stuff for lunchtime, I took my wet towel out and I have just seen I have put the wet towel back in, but I do not remember doing it, my head has also felt a bit 'heavy' and 'weird' the last week, not really felt with it, worried I have dementia coming, the more I think of it the more i keep forgetting :( Maybe I am making myself forget stuff by thinking about it? So worried
