Don't let it trick you.....I have found that one need not be "actively" anxious or panicky to feel the symptons. Chest pain, breathing tightness, aches and pains....they all exist by themselves without active nervous fear. Don't be bluffed folks! Believe in yourself and your body's ability to take care of itself!

Very true.

It's very tempting to get into the whole "chicken or egg" mindset.

"Is my anxiety triggering my symptoms or are the symptoms creating my anxiety?".

The symptoms ARE anxiety. You don't need to have negative thoughts or feel actively scared in order to suffer from stress or anxiety. Often you only get the physical signals by themselves.
