Just figured it would be nice for a change to have a little laugh about anxiety and I was curious to know if you had some fun stories of stuff that got you worried but of course turned out to be nothing in the end.
For me, it was when I started googling, for no real reason (brilliant, I know), about intestinal cancer and blood in stools and learned that finding "coffee grounds" in stools meant you had intestinal bleeding. Right the next day, BAM a stool full of black specks, and not just a few! Full panic mode engage! Even worse, the next 2 bowel movements were the same; black specks all over.
Then I had a flash; I had been going through 2 crates of kiwi in the last few days... and well the seeds just had to end up somewhere.
So yeah, had a terrible time and lost sleep over eating kiwis and pooping seeds. All because I decided it was a good plan to learn about intestinal bleeding, otherwise I would've probably thought "What did I eat to poop this out?". Ignorance is bliss.
