So my anxiety, i feel has been good. Until the last couple of days, i feel like ive had pain in the centre of my chest..ive tried to just to not worry about it and tell myself its anxiety, but of course my head is going BUT, what if its not???
I dunno what to do. Ive had lots of bloodwork, ecgs, xray, ultrasound, ct scan, 24hr Holter monitor and they were all clear...these were done around 2+ months ago tho.
Tonight while i was eating dinner i suddenly felt i couldnt swallow, took a sec took a deep breath and was then able to..but then i felt i couldnt breathe properly. I hate this...i dont know what to do!
