I think its a panic attack but you can't be sure.
Iv got this feeling of choking after I finish a meal that I'm choking when in full. After moving on from my fear of a brain tumour it seems like iv moved onto a fear of having a heart attack. Its been since the end of November. iv probably had around 4 panic attack since then and all of them have included the fear of my heart packing in. My grandad has got angina and I think the worry is that I will end up with it or maybe iv already got a problem with my heart.
I remember having a few issues withe caffeine years back that gave me horrible palpatations and its started to happen again.
Are my worries just anxiety?
