Could it be pneumonia?

2 days ago I started getting a cough and sore throat and was coughing up green mucus. The cough has gotten worse and I'm congested and have a fever of about 100 degrees F. I'm wheezing a lot and don't have asthma and I'm really scared that it's pneumonia. I also have bad back pain...does this sound like pneumonia?

I had Bacterial pneumonia 10 weeks ago very badly. The back pain could be where you are coughing alot,Set your mind at rest and go to the Dr's. It could be a viral infection also,
Good luck and i know it's hard but try not to worry too much, the Dr should know pretty easily if it is pneumonia or not.
