drunk feeling and yawning/breathing

So my symtoms this morning
Feeling I can't get enough breathe in like my chest is making a jumping feeling like when you start to yawn I'm yawning a lot but it's happening even when I'm not yawning .

Then I have eaten breakfast to now get room spin like the feeling when your drunk and the room feels it's spinning it's so uncomfortable I can't understand what has caused this or what's going on but I'd like a bit of reassurance before I diagnoise myself because I know I'm going too .

Anxiety. This almost perfectly describes the way I felt with it... Get down on the floor, flat on your back with your knees up for five minutes and just focus on breathing - it's much easier to do in that position. Relax and breathe....
