My left leg and foot feels really odd today. Almost like it's floating away from my body. It's almost like numb except no pins and needles. It feels weak but I can walk ok. I panicked because I felt like maybe I was having a stroke. The only thing I can think of that might have triggered it is I haven't been eating much recently, and have been a bit sleep deprived.
Also, sometimes I get frightening numbness and sensations in my arms with a migraine but no headache so that can't be it...hmm...
I remember last time I thought I had a stroke, the doctor checked my pupils responsiveness, made me squeeze and push at his hands with my arms and feet, and told me I was fine. So I checked all those things and they were normal.
But I still have full pain reflex and sensation in all limbs.
I can move it perfectly fine. It just feels detached and almost...phantom like? lol.
Weird thing is, it came on when I was totally relaxed and calm...now I can't stop worrying!
