Yes I'm here :) That is so kind and thoughtful of you.
I have had a lot going on the past few weeks and have been quite busy. We have had a few illnesses in the family and I had a worrying weekend as my daughter had an accident on holiday but thankfully is fine and back home.
My main reason for not being on much though is that I have frozen shoulder and it is very painful for me to type, in fact it is just VERY painful to do almost anything.

You've posted tons since I've been on here and I've always noticed how at least 90% seems to be to help others.

I hope your IBS issues have calmed down a bit as I remember you were struggling with that over Christmas.

Thank you Terry, yes ibs has settled a little but seem to get one thing after another to cause more pain :)
