Prickly leg skin - neuro symptoms

I have a prickly sensation in the skin of both legs and a surging feeling in my chest that causes goosebumps on the skin of my legs. It is really scary. I have had extensive testing, such as, MRI's, extensive blood work, nerve tests and so on. Nothing has ever been found. I was told to see a therapist - did it - didn't help. I am at a loss as to what I should do.

I have had this twice in the past and it has gone away. This time it here and has been for a very long time. The first bout was after a flu and the last time was after severe stress.

Can anyone relate or any words of encouragement?:weep:

Your first step is truly accepting that there is nothing seriously wrong with you. Once you've pushed your nervous system beyond this threshold it will take a long time to recover. But your recovery starts the day you accept this and don't look back.
