Has anyone read this? I bought it for my Mum for Xmas but she got loads of books so said I could read it, I didnt know what it was about but as soon as I started reading it I realised its about anxiety!

Its a very good insight to anxiety, in a sort of comic way

I havent finished yet but will update when I have.

Finished! It was brilliant, but I wouldnt recommend it for the very anxious, as I think it might stir up some feelings whilst reading.

There is also a bit of a hair-raising bit in the middle, but it just totally tells the story of a desperate man at a desperate time.

If anyone reads it please let me know your thoughts!
