Breast Cancer Worries

Hi all,

i am beside myself with fear because i came off the contraceptive pill in September last year and since then every month for 2 weeks before my period my breasts have been swollen, lumpy and painful. I finally got them checked on Saturday and the doctor felt one lump in each breast and has referred me to the breast clinic.

My appointment will be in the next two weeks but of course all i can think is the worst. On top of this i have copper toxicity in my liver, and this can cause cancer so i am beside myself.

I am 27 years old. Please has anyone got any words of advice, or have been through anything similar?

I had a breast lump a couple of years ago, it was a cyst. They did an ultrasound and said I had some smaller ones too and would probably develope more. Sounds like you re susceptible to cysts too.
