lung??

I have had a right back/shoulder/neck discomfort/stiffness for 3 months along with a feeling in the front right under my ribs if i cough/laugh or strain etc. Also acid reflux with nausea/vomiting after alcohol. No weight loss. I have had all my bloods done, endoscopy, chest listened to and oxygen levels checked. I am having an ultrasound on saturday to check my gallbladder etc. Just googled and it says shoulder/back pain can be lungs. I really don't want to start thinking its my lungs next.

Also i had an x ray of my right shoulder on Monday and was wondering if anyone knows if my right lung will show on this too.
