Ok so, the last couple of weeks I have been worrying about being forgetful, I am 24 years of age, it started last week, all that happened was I went downstairs to make a cup of tea, poured the water and realised I didnt boil the kettle, so I started to worry/panic, I was fine over the weekend, didnt notice anything and felt fine and for some reason this week I have been worrying again and I keep forgetting things, but i am constantly thinking to myself about forgetting stuff so if i am thinking about forgetting stuff, could this actually make me forget more, because I am concentrating on it? Sorry it is hard to understand!

Like during the day I will be constantly thinking back to ''what I had for dinner'' ''what i had for lunch'' ''what did I do at 11am this morning'' things like that so I know I am not forgetting stuff, but if i cant remember something straight away I will panic and then I seem to forget everything and panic more, I am so worried I have something seriously wrong :(

Doing stupid things and forgeting things is all part of being human in all honesty, I have been half way through a conversation before only to forget someones name and for it to pop in my head a few days later.

Iv also tried to put milk in the cooker, washing up liquid in the fridge and w/e else, usually its your mind on other things then actually what it should be doing. pre-occupied if you like.

I am CONSTANTLY forgetting stuff, mixing things up, looking for words.... Can't seem to ever remember my schedule, what I hate for breakfast or what the last episode of that series was about. I blame fatigue, stress and thyroid issues in my case. Nothing to be worried about though IMO.
