Hi, I suffer with GAD and insomnia and have been prescribed Mirtazapine 30mg which I take before bed. I was also prescribed Propranolol to take one twice daily. I'm now two weeks into these meds. My sleep has not improved in the slightest (I manage about 2/3 hrs at a most) I have an increased appetite and I'm already putting weight on :weep: I'm already overweight and the thought of putting more weight on is causing me more anxiety! I don't know what to do as the Mirtazapine are working well for the anxiety. Basically I need some advice on different AD which help any of you with chronic insomnia, anxiety and do not cause weight gain. Thank you.
