Another Hurdle jumped

Last week I couldnt face going to church and had to phone the vicar to apologise for not being able to read in the epiphany carol service. This was a huge blow for me as I have found great comfort in my faith. This week I was determined to go and went on my own despite being very anxious and tearful. I was lucky enough to have a friend to support me when I was there and confided my in her about my anxiety disorder. She held my hand through the service! I dont know why I ahve suddenly succumbed to this nightmare again, but I am determined that I am not going to let it dominate my life like it has for the last 2 years!
