Slight head rush

Well I've been doing so good with my anxiety lately like super good!!

But now I feel myself slipping because of one little thing

I've just been on the phone to my mum and got a weird head rush thing, so I rushed he call stood up and felt a bit dizzy

And now I've got a headache and slight pressure around my nose

It's freaking me out making me think it's a tumor or an aneurysm

What you guys think???

it could just be low blood pressure, sweetheart. Trust me your anxiety is probably making you feel worse as well as the fact low blood pressure can make you feel weird as hell anyway
