Hi all,
I tried to come off the citalopram before christmas after being on it for just over a year and probably managed 2 months without it. I have been exercising regulary while i have been off the cit, reading books on anxiety and cbt trying to shake the feeling of anxiety, but unfortunatly cant shake it off. I think i have been trying too hard really.
So my question is really now i am back on 20 mg, does it have any effect on strenuous exercise as i want to continue with my routine?
