Hi guys,

Thought I would introduce myself, have browsed the site for a while and found some really useful advice over recent months. So I thought I'd do the decent thing and make myself official :)

Few quick facts about me - male, 36 years of age suffering with anxiety and panic attacks for several years, with a healthy layer of depression on top for good measure!

I suffer major self-esteem issues, which in turn affects my confidence. Big time.

Anyway, look forward to chatting to you guys on here a lot more.
