Buzzing and hot spot under foot

I have both these feelings under my right foot. It's not painful, there is this hot spot that comes and goes under my right foot, it's not hot to touch but it's just a feeling.

Also I have this buzzing feeling under the same foot. I can feel it pretty much all the time. It's like a phone buzzing under my foot but the feeling is very light, very vague.

I also had twitches there. I can stand on my tip toes and heel but I'm terrified of ALS.

I had an MRI at the end of December and it was clean.

Anyone with same symptoms?

It's annoying, I'm scared it's a very vague twitch or something although I've had twitching under my foot and I could actually see it. Do you also have hot spot like mine?

Yes I get random parts of my body go hot all the time! It's so annoying :-( im sure yours is the same x

Mine is only right foot and yes it's so annoying x
