Hi,
I am nearly 12 weeks pregnant but my panic attacks and anxiety is worse than ever, I'm so worried the panic will harm the baby and I panic over panic, I'm afraid to go anywhere on my own incase I panic, today I had an appointment with a therapist but as soon as I started to drive there I panicked over having a panic attack whilst driving or being stranded at the place where my appointment was so I turned the car around and drove home and burst into tears because I'm so frightened of becoming agoraphobic again, I feel I will be a terrible mother because I'm too scared to go anywhere on my own or sometimes even with people because of this fear of panic, I'm on medication but it doesn't help and now I can't even go to my appointments. I just don't know how to deal with this????:weep:
