Temple headaches

I get these shocks in my temples. Hurt for a few minutes then go away. Been happening on and off for a while, like a year or more. I don't darw Google cause we all know what will show up. When I rub them it helps. Anyone else have these? My back and neck muscles have been tight, think it could be a nerve that's pinched? My eyes seem a bit blurry. I've had these symptoms before and they go away. Feels like my back, neck and head muscles are all really tight. Is this just a regular headache?

if your shoulder muscles back etc are tense try and relax them your headache is a common anxiety tension headache i have them most days ! soon as i relax my shoulders it clears up
