They doesn't seem to be many people that understand me but I suffered with this for 3 months and it's creeping back again and I'm Petrified .
It feels like when you cry and your belly does that double breath thing but my breathe gets took away or it gets stuck !
It's not every breathe its like every couple of minutes or every now and again throughout the day
I also get it where it feels as though it gets stuck in my throat somewhere it's really scary and I have also started getting daily headaches and chest pain again can anybody relate I'm seriously scared
