what is this feeling?

Hi All

I just went outside and back in again and i feel like im not there, Kinda numb like dream like state...it's making me feel anxious again :lac:

ANXIETY....keep telling yourself its just a feeling it will go away and it will. I deal with this feeling about half the time ,going outside,waking ,and various times day and night.
