Free Online CBT Course - Funded by the NHS

Hi - I thought this link may be useful for everyone waiting for NHS CBT -
it's a computer course of CBT! I've started it and it seems really good. Best thing is it's free! Funded by NHS Scotland (You do need a printer for work sheets and handouts tho!)

Hi Tina - Try registering again (fill out the short questionaire) then it will say please log in then you put your password and username in the boxes on the right hand side - hope that works xxx

Thanks so very much for sharing that link, I am coming at it from a different angle, I know alot of parents that have had their children removed stating that they have a personality disorder and that they need treatment and when they ask for it they are told its not available in their area.

My own children are being adopted due to this but I am one of the lucky ones that was able to get treatment in my area so thanks so very much I have shared the link for others

Have a look.

They told me is going to be ready next month and is going to be cheap as well.
