It has been quite a while since I have been on nomorepanic, the reason being I have felt a lot better recently. :)
However my health anxiety has flared up again and now I am convinced I have got mouth cancer.
It all started when I got a sore high up on my gum last week, almost on my bottom lip. I first thought it was from drinking from a glass last week at work instead of a bottle of water like I usually do. I assumed it was some kind of gum boli or canker sore. However it is quite big and it is still there. It is also raised instead of sunken like gum boils usually are. I am freaking out because I have just googled (I know I shouldn't have but I couldn't help it) images of mouth cancer and some of the images look similar.
I don't think I have any other symptoms although I don't know all the symptoms of mouth cancer and I am too scared to google again
I am so scared, I don't want to die yet I am only 22. I also have a massive fear of dying!!
