Been doing well the last few days!!

I haven't had very much panic at all the last few days, other than a lymph node that's been there for 6 months. But i believe its getting smaller and i can move it, and its not super hard either. I always feel good going a few days without a panic attack. If your going through a lot of anxiety, just remember that there will be good days too!:yesyes::hugs:
