Is it? I'm convinced I have leukaemia, but had an abdo examination a week ago and there were no abnormalities? So if I did have it, would my spleen DEFINITELY be enlarged?

Not sure, but when I visted a Heamatologist just over a year ago she felt for my spleen to check that, so I assume it is common to be enlarged if there was problems.
