Hi everyone,

I just started a blog about my journey overcoming social anxiety today.
I'm about six months in doing daily cognitive therapy and many behavioral
activities and have come a long way, but I still have a long way to go.
I realized today when doing a behavioral activity that others may like
to read about my experiences with CBT and social anxiety (it'll also
keep me in check on doing my daily therapy).

Take a look if you're interested. I plan on posting daily about what
I'm doing.

My apologies if this is considered inappropriate for this forum.

Hi Johnnie

Took a look at your blog and it seems you are doing really well. Is it warm enough to go topless on the beach over there? lol

I think I had similar problems when I was your age, but had no idea back then how to rectify it. I did actually invent my own kind of CBT to improve my life which helped loads!

Cheers!
