Very first gastro appt tomorrow ... so scared

So it's documented on here my bowel issues... tomorrow is my first gastro appointment after a long wait!

I'm scared, I have no idea what to expect.... any tips?

No tips, except there may be a note somewhere alerting the gastro that you are a HA sufferer - ie, that you have been sent to rule out illness rather than find it.

Hi, I also have mine on Wednesday.
Woke this morning all of a panic about it. Running myself a nice bath at the minute to try and calm myself down a little. This site is amazing and I have read so much about how our HA can make this a lot worse. Good luck tomorrow!
