New here and need help!

Hi all 40 year old male here had health anxiety for a while now. I live a stressful worrying life due to previous relationship breakdown where I tried to take my own life. I moved forward got married but I'm always on edge with my wife scared that history will repeat itself. This is all affecting my health😞
