hi guys so I have a bad sinus and blew my nose and my ear popped/crackled then I heard my heart beat in my ear for a few seconds, now my ear feels full and kinda itchy with a few pains on that side of my head, panicking as never heard my heart beat in my ear after it popping is this normal. im literally shaking with anxiety :'( xx
