Help please

Hi

I have discovered a row of tiny white bumps inside my vagina, quite far in, only visible with a mirror.

I'm freaking out what they could be. Not sexually active so can't be warts and don't look like anything on pictures I've googled. What could it be?

Could they just be glands? Especially if they are all in a row?
