What does a song on hear show?

Does it show any signs of heart problems? I trust my dr did. See anything with mine, but just wondering if a sono will show everything that could be wrong. I can't shake ghis heart anxiety. It's even effecting me exercise bevause im so aware of it beating so fast.
That was meant to be sonogram on heart btw.
