The long road back.

Just thought I'd introduce myself quickly.

I've struggled with and through bouts of depression, anxiety and self harm since I was a teenager in the early 90s. I went through 2 violent assaults back then which shattered my self confidence. Its taken me a long time to get back and sometimes its a rough ride but I feel I'm on track. Over the years I've been on antidepressants, done therapy and last year I even went back to where I was attacked.

So getting there slowly but surely.
