Very long stools (sorry) a couple days in a row now. Celexa?

I've got absolutely no appetite and have passed VERY long stools a couple times since I started taking the full pill of Citalopram. I've lost like 3 lbs so far. Is this normal for the medication or should I be concerned?

I've been on it a week and everything is running through me. Ive lost 6 pounds so far. It's awful.
