Skin rash caused by anxiety?

For about a year I've noticed a skin rash, red and pimply and slightly itchy, appearing when I'm anxious. It always appears in the same place and lasts for a few days until after my anxiety levels have fallen.

I'm currently most anxious I've ever been in my life and its flared up again including on my hips.

Anybody else have this?

skin rashes are very common with anxiety, I often get outbreaks of hives and a blistery itchy rash pop up xx
