Wish I could get rid of my left hand side!!!

Hi Guys!!

Been a little while since I have posted anything on here. Its not that the symptoms had gone its just that its always just the same old that I am putting on.

The left hand side of my body has really been wearing me down aches, sharp pains, gnawing pains, finger pain, shoulder pain, leg pain, you name it I have had it.

Does anyone else suffer from mainly limb / left hand side body pain (occasionally on the right) and what do they do to sooth / help it.

I am just totally fed up with it.

Any help or advice would be great.

Have you been checked for diabetes? B12 deficiency? These would give similar symptoms. I had left side numbness for a long time which turned out to be B12 deficiency, but I also have diabetes which causes similar problems. Also as Im sure you are aware, anxiety can also cause these symptoms.
